Its when many individuals and communities have used the term "digital storytelling" to describe a wide variety of new media production practices. What best describes our approach is its emphasis on personal voice and facilitative teaching methods.

Yes, that's one definition for digital story telling. BUT I would like you to tell me in your own words. You can tell me the differences between telling stories digitally and the traditional ways (books, orally).
Also Hi5 and Blogger are NOT programs to use for digital story-telling.
